Return or Exchange

It’s You Babe, LLC products are eligible for return or exchange up to 30 days from the purchase date.  The eligibility to exchange or return is evaluated based on the date we are contacted  (by email, phone or the Contact Us page). If 30 days have passed since the purchase, due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.   To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new and unused condition and in its original packaging.  To initiate a return or exchange, please include the 1. order number, 2. name, and 3. date of purchase. We may require the original or copy of the sales receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed and issued to the original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

Please allow seven to ten business days for a refund to be processed. A credit card company may place a hold on the funds for processing.  Please allow ten to fourteen business days  to see if the refund is officially posted.

To return or exchange an item you must do so within 30 days from the date of purchase as long as the item is in new and unused condition in its original packaging.  
 
As we are not able to recoup shipping expenses, please note shipping is  not eligible for refund.
Therefore  shipping is not included in the refund. 
A refund includes the cost of the product plus tax.

Sale Items

Please note only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible. Exchanges, Returns, and refunds all require an It’s You Babe issued RA# to process.

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you qualify for a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included in the total amount reimbursed. Depending on the destination address, transit times may vary for an exchanged product to be delivered.

We do not insure packages being returned to us.
