Our policy offers a refund of your purchase price within 30 days of your date of purchase. We’d love to know what went wrong and how we can improve, so please include details about the reason for your refund request if you reach out to us directly.

Return or Exchange

It’s You Babe, LLC products are eligible for return or exchange up to 30 days from the purchase date.  If 30 days have passed since your purchase, due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.   To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new and unused condition and in the original packaging.  To initiate a return or exchange, please email info@itsyoubabe.com with your order number, name, and date of purchase. To complete your return, we require the original or a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed and issued to the original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

Please allow seven to ten business days for a refund to be processed. A credit card company may place a hold on the funds for processing.  Please allow ten to fourteen business days  to see if the refund is officially posted.

Sale Items

Please note only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible. Exchanges, Returns, and refunds all require an It’s You Babe issued RA# to process.

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you qualify for a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included in the total amount reimbursed. Depending on the destination address, transit times may vary for an exchanged product to be delivered.

We do not insure packages being returned to us.
